This website (ai-lab.tejasvaij.com) is currently operating as a temporary testing environment. By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All data, accounts, and content will be permanently deleted when testing concludes
  • The Service may be unavailable, unstable, or experience data loss at any time
  • You should not use this Service for production purposes or store sensitive data
  • No guarantees are provided regarding data availability, uptime, or service continuity

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Labs ("the Service") located at ai-lab.tejasvaij.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Labs regarding your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Labs is a visual workspace platform that enables users to create machine learning models, build forecasting pipelines, and generate insights through a drag-and-drop interface without writing code.

This Service is currently in beta testing. The Service may contain bugs, errors, and may experience downtime. Features may change or be removed without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Deletion

All user accounts will be permanently deleted when the testing phase concludes. We reserve the right to delete accounts and data at any time during or after the testing period without prior notice. You should not rely on this Service for long-term data storage.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload sensitive personal data, confidential information, or production data

Given the temporary nature of this testing environment, you should only upload test data and should not upload any sensitive, confidential, or production information.

5. Data and Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 Data Deletion

All data will be permanently deleted. This includes but is not limited to:

  • All workspaces and configurations
  • All uploaded files and datasets
  • All machine learning models and workflows
  • All user-generated content
  • All account information

We are not responsible for data loss. You are solely responsible for exporting and backing up any data you wish to retain. We will not provide advance notice of data deletion.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
  • Change features, functionality, or availability of the Service
  • Perform maintenance that may result in downtime
  • Delete all data and terminate the Service when testing concludes

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Given the temporary testing nature of this Service, we are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or any consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination of the testing phase, all accounts and data will be permanently deleted.You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us, though all data will still be subject to deletion when the testing phase concludes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
